We are currently hiring caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs for immediate openings within the following central Los Angeles communities: Mid-Wilshire & Beverly Grove (ZIPs: 90036, 90048) Koreatown & Wilshire Center (ZIPs: 90005, 90010, 90020) Hancock Park & Larchmont Village (ZIPs: 90004) SYNERGY HomeCare offers: Competitive pay $19-$23 per hour Direct deposit Paid orientation and ongoing training Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays Flexible schedules and matching caregivers with nearby clients Employee recognition programs Paid sick leave Mileage reimbursement As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will: Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts Job Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience required. At least 18 years of age. Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) with the state of California (or willing to register). Current TB clearance.
