B2B Collections Representative

A rapidly growing medical products company dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare solutions to our business partners is expanding - looking for a reliable, detail-oriented B2B Collections Specialist to join our dedicated finance team in Jacksonville, FL.

This is a Temp-to-Hire position with significant potential to transition into a permanent, long-term career opportunity as our business continues to scale.

salary: $23 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Manage daily business-to-business collection activities for assigned customer accounts
• Monitor, analyze, and work accounts receivable aging reports to minimize outstanding balances
• Issue, review, and process credit memos, short payments, and account adjustments accurately
• Perform routine account reconciliations and resolve complex billing discrepancies
• Reach out to client accounting departments via phone and email to secure payment schedules
• Collaborate closely with internal sales and customer service teams to resolve customer disputes
• Maintain clean, detailed account notes and audit trails in our accounting software
