What You’ll Do Communicate with customers and vendors by phone and email, providing timely and professional service. Post cash receipts, charges, and late fees accurately. The Bookkeeper will assist with bids and related documentation. Order, track, and organize products from multiple vendors. The Bookkeeper will collect, process, and maintain vendor invoices, ensuring accurate and organized records. Support daily bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting tasks to keep operations running smoothly. The Bookkeeper will assist with other accounting and operational projects as needed. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables & VLOOKUPS) Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
