Collision Estimator Location: Oakes Collision | Kansas City, MO Schedule: Full - Time | Monday - Friday Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 plus annually About the Role The Collision Estimator plays a key role in managing the repair process from start to finish, acting as the main point of contact between customers, insurance companies, and the shop. This position is responsible for writing estimates, tracking repairs, and ensuring a smooth, timely experience for every customer. This person is self-motivated, able to work independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while staying focused on delivering a smooth, high-quality customer experience.
