All team members have the opportunity to forge direct relationships with clients early in their careers, which they can continue to build on over the years.Learn more about the team and the work you can do at Lending + Financial Transactions.Who You AreYou have 3-5 years of experience representing banks, private credit funds, and other financial institutions in commercial lending transactions.You have experience representing lenders in single-lender and syndicated credit facilities. You have experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security agreements, guaranties, collateral documents, pledge agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related financing documentation. Experience with venture debt, acquisition finance, asset-based lending, second lien or mezzanine financing.You have a proven track-record of working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple transactions simultaneously.You have an ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.You have a strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.You are an independent thinker that demonstrates commitment to client service.You desire to work in a team environment and take on increasing levels of responsibilityYou are a member of the Massachusetts bar.Own Your MoFo CareerMoFo empowers its lawyers at every level to take ownership of their careers and is transparent about what it takes to succeed and advance at the firm.
