Territory Sales Representative

Territory Sales Representative – Chatsworth, CA We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow revenue by acquiring and servicing small commercial, independent DSD, 5‑gal retail, on‑premise, and independent small commercial accounts within a designated territory. The role is highly interactive, sales‑oriented, and requires strong service and merchandising skills. Primary Responsibilities Identify and close new small commercial accounts. Identify and close new up‑and‑down‑the‑street (UDS) retail accounts such as convenience stores, small independents, and bodegas. Identify and close new on‑premise and 5‑gal retail accounts. Develop assigned accounts based on sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service. Solicit placement of equipment, sell sufficient product inventory, and execute promotions while adhering to pricing and promotion guidelines. Monitor the competitive environment to identify and leverage sales opportunities. Take inventory and place orders to prevent out‑of‑stock and reduce expired product. Maintain clean, well‑merchandised product display areas with proper POS materials. Keep accurate delivery information, including receipt of cash/checks. Anticipate customer needs to maintain optimal product inventories. Provide excellent service, create, and maintain goodwill with all customers. Follow defined safe work practices and take ownership of personal and co‑worker safety. Compensation & Schedule Base salary: $70,000.00 (eligible for commission). Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Saturdays as needed). Qualifications Minimum 2 years of sales/delivery experience. Strong face‑to‑face sales, negotiation, and service orientation. Ability to perform basic financial calculations.
