Project Manager – Lead Nationwide Insurance Loss Consulting and Restoration Projects Job Overview: Salary/Pay Rate: $85,000 – $110,000 per year, plus per diem and performance bonuses Location: Fully Remote (US based, within 60 minutes of a major airport) Job/Employment Type: Full Time Schedule: Travel-Based (60–80% travel required) Project Scope: Commercial Insurance Loss Consulting, CAT/Storm Response, Fire & Water Restoration Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid Driver's License The Opportunity : You will serve as a dynamic remote leader driving commercial insurance restoration projects from initial loss through final closeout across the nation. This role empowers you to autonomously run high-stakes restoration builds and short-notice storm deployments while protecting project margins. You will make an immediate impact by delivering elite on-site management and direct communication to carriers, adjusters, and commercial property owners. How You Will Make an Impact: Mobilize rapidly to regional and national loss sites on short notice during major CAT and storm events. Manage local field crews and subcontractors across multiple markets, including sourcing and vetting local trades. Oversee comprehensive job costing and budget tracking to maintain and protect target project margins. Implement strict site safety standards and quality control protocols across every active job site. Generate precise daily written progress reports detailing project documentation, photo logs, and schedule status. Serve as the primary liaison for client communications, keeping all stakeholders aligned from start to finish. Coordinate multiple concurrent restoration projects in varying locations without sacrificing timeline momentum. Required Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial restoration, insurance repair, or general construction. Demonstrated track record of independently managing complex construction projects without direct daily supervision. Strong written communication skills with proven ability to maintain rigorous remote documentation. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and full willingness to travel on short notice via flight or vehicle. Primary residency located within approximately 60 minutes of a major airport. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Hands-on proficiency with Xactimate estimating software. Active IICRC certifications, such as WRT, ASD, or related industry credentials. Proven experience running large-scale commercial property insurance loss claims from first notice to closeout. Competitive base salary with per diem coverage on all active field deployments.
