About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Growth Director for Defense (OEM) with a focus on Prime System Integrator clients. This high-impact leadership role is pivotal in defining and executing the global strategy for engagement with these clients in the context of architectural and engineering design. The successful candidate will be responsible for client relationships, growth strategy, pipeline development, and delivery performance across the global practice. A deep sector expertise in defense systems is highly valued, and the role requires a strategic leader who can also engage in hands-on account execution to drive growth and strengthen client partnerships. The primary focus is on the U.S. market, but the role also involves interaction with other regions, including the UK, Continental Europe, Middle East, and Australia/New Zealand. Applicants must have a background in architecture, engineering, or a related A/E discipline, with a proven ability to translate technical knowledge into business development and P&L growth. A minimum of 12 years' of experience, with at least 4 years' in a leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, executive stakeholder engagement skills, and a background in industrial and advanced manufacturing. The role demands a leader with a track record of success in operating across geographies and multidisciplinary teams, as well as a deep understanding of the Prime System Integrator industry in relation to infrastructure needs. U.S. citizenship is mandatory, and the position is not open to candidates requiring sponsorship for employment authorization.
