Exempt / Full‑Time / Salaried Employee / Reports to the Area Supervisor Job Description Lead the experience: Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food production, guest experience, profitability, and direct the crew and management team. Administrative responsibilities: Proactively lead and manage all People processes, including but not limited to: Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding. Conduct performance reviews and wage increases. Performance management of the entire restaurant team, including disciplinary action (e.g., documenting, suspending, or terminating). Train, coach, and motivate. Be in the know: Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs. Take action first: Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards of excellence. Inspire and empower: Maintain a high level of standard for guest and employee safety. Be results‑oriented: Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence. Set the tone: Lead by example while upholding all company policies and brand standards. To Be Successful In This Position, You’ll Need A commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
