The General Manager (GM) leads the operation of the Taco John's restaurant. As a GM, you'll have responsibility for the financial success of your restaurant, as well as managing staff, keeping customers happy, and adhering to health and safety mandates. The role has a strong hospitality element, ensuring that the restaurant delivers high-quality food, drink, and good customer service.
Annual pay for a highly qualified QSR General Manager/Restaurant Manager is up to $75,000 including period bonuses based off of performance. Job location: 9694 Cherokee, IARESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily operations of restaurant
- Hiring and training a great team
- Managing all areas in front and back of house
- Ensuring food quality
- Managing food and labor cost budgets
- Ensuring your team provides great Customer Service
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness of the restaurant, inside and out

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE- Requirements High School diploma or GED.
- QSR experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and build a great team.
- Must be reliable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
