Roles & Responsibilities
Support Analyst (L1/L2/L3/)
Incident Management & Support
Investigate, troubleshoot, and mitigate Power Pages production and non-production incidents.
Own Sev3 and Sev4 incidents from acknowledgment to closure.
Perform root cause analysis and document findings.
Coordinate with engineering, CSS, and operations teams during critical incidents.
Ensure SLA compliance for incident response and mitigation activities.
Monitor Auto Alerts, identify recurring trends, and recommend preventive actions to improve service stability.
Participate in on-call rotations and incident bridges
