Talent Aquisition Recruiter

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead full-lifecycle recruitment to attract top-tier talent for high-volume automotive technician roles (PDR, body tech, painter, wheel repair, interior tech), field support, and regional operations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, understands skilled trades or automotive hiring, and excels at building strong pipelines of skilled workers and entry-level talent eager to learn the reconditioning trade.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding for various field, technical, and administrative roles across designated territories.

• Proactive Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, trade school partnerships, local industry events, and employee referral programs to recruit qualified candidates.

• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with District Managers, Operations Directors, and Technical Trainers to understand headcount needs, skill requirements, and region-specific hiring goals.

• Applicant Tracking & Pipeline Management: Maintain clean candidate data, pipeline tracking, and requisition updates within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, responsive, and engaging experience for candidates at every touchpoint in the interview process.

• Trade & Technical School Outreach: Build relationships with vocational programs, community colleges, and automotive training institutes to develop an ongoing pipeline of entry-level technician candidates.
