Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing crisis intervention services and developing pre-crisis and crisis plans to ensure patient safety and well-being.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools to effectively evaluate clients within your care.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support strategies, facilitating holistic and integrated care.

• Completing all necessary documentation promptly, adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards, and maintaining accurate clinical records.

• Acting as a liaison among community agencies and stakeholders to enhance resource availability and support for your clients.

• Engaging in continuous professional development, including attending training sessions, conferences, and representing the clinic at relevant events.

• Participating in organizational committees and task forces as required, contributing your expertise to improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• An independent LMHC license from the state board of Massachusetts is necessary.
