As a Fabrication Specialist at Caterpillar Inc., you will set up, operate and adjust manual and automatic welding machines to perform welding operations in all positions at our Decatur, IL facility. This full-time role offers 2nd, 3rd shifts or AWS, and requires 3+ years of GMAW/FCAW welding experience, with the ability to pass company welder qualification tests and work overtime as production demands dictate.
