Patient Dining Associate II Team Lead

Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, VA, is hiring a Patient Dining Associate II to act as a Team Lead. This is a full time, day shift position with rotating weekends.

Hours:

• Monday - Friday: must be available to work a 12-hour shift between the hours of 5am - 7:30pm
• Rotating Weekends

Overview:

Responsible for coordinating patient meal service on all units of assigned teams, e.g. menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick up, special requests and needs, in-between meal food delivery. Ensure that all Patient Dining Associates are adequately trained and units are properly staffed to provide service. React accurately and effectively to all changes to ensure efficient timing of services, accuracy of physician's ordered modified diets.

Education:

• High School Grad or Equivalent. 1 year of food service experience required in lieu of High School Education.

Certification/Licensure:

• Food Handlers Card (Required)

Experience:

• 4 years of Food Service experience (Required)
• Previous Leadership experience (Preferred)
