About the Role

The Company is in search of an entrepreneurial Head of Marketing to spearhead the commercial launch of a category-defining packaged food brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end brand narrative, from retail activations to social channels and experiential marketing. This role involves building and managing digital and offline influencer programs, overseeing the trade marketing calendar, and architecting the retail go-to-market plan. The Head of Marketing will also be tasked with leading broker networks and presenting to regional and national grocery buyers. The ideal candidate should have 6-12+ years' of CPG experience, with a focus on scaling emerging food and beverage brands, and a proven track record in both omnichannel social campaigns and traditional retail distribution. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should be fluent in trade math, promotional strategies, and broker network management. A high level of comfort with ambiguity and a history of building marketing operations from the ground up are essential. The role is pivotal in driving early category growth and requires a candidate who is ready to take on the challenge of expanding the brand from its pilot stage to a nationwide presence.
