Additional Information

• Schedule:

  • The provider will work regular hours from Tuesday to Friday, with Mondays off. The hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

  • Night call will be required on certain days, with the schedule to be determined.

  • Weekend call will also be scheduled, with the rotation including both primary and backup responsibilities for the APPs. It is important to note that when on call, the physician is only required to be available via phone. The APP will inform the provider if an in-person hospital visit is necessary.

• Telemedicine: Not applicable

• Case logs will be necessary for presentations.

• An active Indiana State License or IMLC is required.

• ACLS/BLS certification from the AHA is mandatory.
