Sales Manager

We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to take ownership of the full sales cycle and help drive growth across key retail accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and turning insights into action. In this individual contributor role, you’ll lead account development, buyer engagement, negotiations, promotional planning, and ongoing account management across food, drug, and mass retail channels. You’ll also partner cross‑functionally with internal teams to support forecasting, operations, and in‑market execution. What You’ll Do Own and grow relationships with key retail accounts and broker partners Lead buyer meetings, line reviews, and business reviews Develop and execute joint business plans that support growth objectives Identify and pursue new account opportunities and whitespace for expansion Negotiate pricing, promotional programs, and terms Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through close Build annual sales plans and forecasts in partnership with leadership Track performance against goals and provide strategic recommendations Coordinate promotional calendars and support strong in‑market execution Analyze POS data, category trends, and syndicated data to uncover opportunities Partner with operations, finance, and product teams to support customer success What We’re Looking For 5+ years of sales or account management experience Strong experience in CPG and/or beauty Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience with syndicated data sources such as Nielsen, SPINS, or Circana Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform decisions Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience with Power BI or CRM systems is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience Why This Role This is a high‑ownership opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact.
