About the Role
The Company is seeking an AVP - Regional Sales Manager to drive retail sales, business development, and relationship growth across its branch network. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a strong on-site presence at the Hale Street Main Office, providing leadership and support to the branch team, and ensuring the branch contributes to the overall growth objectives. This role involves approximately 25% of the time at the main office and 75% focused on regional sales leadership, partnering with Branch Managers to achieve sales goals, develop new business opportunities, and deepen member relationships. The AVP will also be a key partner in the lending process, working with the VP's of Lending to identify and support lending initiatives. Key responsibilities for the AVP include creating and maintaining sales and business development accountability, goal tracking, and pipeline management. The role requires a hands-on approach to sales leadership, coaching, and working with Branch Managers to translate growth objectives into measurable results. The AVP will also be involved in retail projects, collaboration with key departments, and providing regular reporting on sales performance and business development activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, business development, and a proven track record of driving growth in a branch network.
