What You'll Do:

• Provide critical care nursing across multiple ICU units including Neuro, Surgical, Medical, Cardiology, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU.
• Float flexibly within units of equal or lower acuity to meet staffing needs.
• Manage ventilators, telemetry, IV starts, and patient monitoring in a fast-paced critical care environment.
• Follow all hospital protocols, ensuring patient safety and exceptional care standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document care accurately in EPIC electronic health records.

What You Need:

• Ohio RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Skills in IV starts, telemetry, ventilator management
• Ability to float across ICU units of similar or lower acuity
