• Proficiency: EPIC EMR system required
• Additional Skills: IV start, telemetry, ventilator management, telehealth experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide critical care nursing across multiple ICU units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, MICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU
• Float seamlessly between units based on staffing and patient acuity
• Administer medications, monitor patient vitals, and manage ventilators
• Start IVs and utilize telemetry monitoring
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols

What You Need

• Current Ohio RN license
• Minimum 2 years ICU nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Strong clinical skills in telemetry, ventilator management, and IV placement
• Ability to adapt to different ICU settings and handle diverse patient needs
