Operations Manager (Wichita Facility)

Facility Operations Managers ensure the safe, efficient, and effective operations of in our blending facilities. They provide direct management of facility employees and are accountable for fostering a team environment through effective and appropriate communication. They are responsible for maintaining all standards in accordance with safety, quality, inventory, and productivity levels as well as providing leadership to meet facility goals and objectives.The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Facility #1409, located at: 1711 N. WabashWichita, KS 67214This position is also eligible for bonus awards based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans. Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
