Duration: 6+ months with possible extension

Pay range: $34/hr - $37/hr W2

Schedule: Mon – Fri

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Purchase materials and equipment from suppliers, including electro-mechanical assemblies, electronic components, PCB assemblies, hardware, and non-inventory items.
• Manage supplier relationships and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support monthly supplier scorecards and procurement reporting for leadership reviews.
• Plan material requirements, manage inventory levels, and maintain supplier schedules within ERP systems.
• Monitor material flow and proactively identify supply chain risks.
• Partner with planning teams to communicate risks and mitigation strategies.
• Track and update open purchase orders, delivery requirements, and expedite requests.
• Support supplier performance management and new product/program introductions.
• Resolve purchase order receiving discrepancies and assist with invoice reconciliation.
• Manage supplier returns, including NCRs, RMAs, and MRB material processing.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or materials management.
• Strong supplier/vendor management experience.
• Knowledge of inventory planning, material requirements planning, and supply chain operations.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience purchasing electronic components, PCB assemblies, electro-mechanical assemblies, or hardware.
• Understanding of data management and database systems.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or technical supply chain environments.
• Continuous improvement or process optimization experience.
