Engineer workholding with setup blocks, fixtures, and clamps for safe, precise machining. Load programs or enter commands at the control; refine speeds, feeds, depths, and angles as conditions change. Manage tool life and inserts; make hands‑on adjustments to keep features within .002\" or tighter per GD&T. Verify results with precision hand metrology and advanced gauges.
