About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of accelerating economic growth and fostering successful relationships between corporations and minority business enterprises. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a strong background in business and financial leadership, capable of balancing mission impact with financial sustainability. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving organizational growth through corporate partnerships, membership expansion, and diversified revenue strategies. The Executive Director will also be responsible for operational excellence, performance management, and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the organization. Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should possess a bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and have experience in governance, board partnership, and team leadership. The role demands a visionary leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of anticipating market trends and identifying innovative opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and the ability to influence policy, as well as a data-driven approach to decision-making and a proficiency in technology. The Executive Director will be the face of the organization, representing it at various events and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including corporate leaders, government agencies, and community partners.
