Liaison Comunitario
PACE
El propósito principal de este puesto de trabajo es ser responsable de desarrollar relaciones con fuentes de referencia comunitaria, agencias, profesionales de servicios de salud/humanos y familias para proporcionar una mayor comprensión de la Organización PACE (PO). El Liaison Comunitario es responsable de obtener referencias para las personas calificadas e interesadas en el programa PO. El Liaison Comunitario es responsable de ingresar todas las referencias calificadas en la Plataforma de Gestión de Relaciones con Clientes (CRM) utilizada por el PO. El Liaison también trabajará estrechamente con el personal de PO para promover una mayor comprensión de las necesidades de la comunidad. Horario de trabajo típico de lunes a viernes, de 8 a.m. a 5 p.m. con horas ocasionales por la noche o fines de semana requeridas. Estatus: Tiempo completo. Ubicación: PACE Condado de Montgomery. Implementa estrategias de ventas efectivas para cumplir con los objetivos de crecimiento, trabajando estrechamente con la dirección para impulsar los resultados. Proporciona in-services y presentaciones a la comunidad según se requiera, compartiendo información sobre los beneficios de nuestro programa.
