Facilities and Manufacturing Project Manager Location: Pewaukee, WI (Onsite) Pay: $60.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Facilities and Manufacturing Project Manager to lead multiple high-impact operational projects at our Pewaukee, Wisconsin campus. This is not an IT Project Manager role. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing facilities, construction, office renovation, manufacturing, or warehouse improvement projects from planning through completion. This role requires a hands‑on project leader who can independently drive initiatives, coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage vendors, and keep projects on schedule while communicating effectively with stakeholders at every level of the organization. Responsibilities Lead multiple concurrent facilities and manufacturing‑related projects from initiation through completion. Manage an office renovation, document digitization initiative, and warehouse redesign project. Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, budgets, and status reports. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, contractors, and vendors. Coordinate project activities across engineering, operations, customer service, and other business functions. Communicate project updates, timelines, and logistics to employees and leadership. Oversee document evaluation, cataloging, archiving, and secure destruction while maintaining compliance with proprietary information standards. Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues proactively. Coordinate resources and project priorities to ensure successful execution. Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Qualifications Required 3-5 years of experience managing facilities, manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or operational improvement projects. Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects from planning through execution. Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and cross‑functional teams. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail and follow‑through. Preferred Experience with office renovations or facility improvement projects. Manufacturing or warehouse operations experience. Experience with document management or digitization initiatives. Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar tools. PMP certification is welcome but not required. Work Environment 100% onsite in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Work is performed across two buildings located on the same campus. Minimal travel required. Dedicated workspace provided following renovation phases.
