The firm is a full‑service practice with over forty attorneys working in areas such as business, financial services, litigation, employment, and construction. Key Requirements Juris Doctor degree Licensed to practice in Iowa Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience at a law firm (partner‑track preferred) Strong understanding of managing a successful litigation practice Experience with sophisticated civil and commercial matters for local, regional, and national clients Technical Skills The successful candidate will demonstrate a growing ability to manage a high‑volume litigation practice, working closely with a highly regarded litigation team on a variety of civil and commercial matters.
