Litigation Paralegal

Job Location: West Des Moines, IA (5 days onsite) Required Qualifications 1+ year of professional experience in legal, litigation, collections, or quality assurance. Experience reviewing legal documents for accuracy and compliance. Understanding of civil litigation procedures. Basic knowledge of collections and credit card‐related legal processes. Experience in a Quality Assurance role or performing QA‑related responsibilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams). Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
