Our core strength lies in revitalizing existing buildings through thoughtful rehabilitation, and we're actively expanding into adaptive reuse and ground-up construction projects.QualificationsBachelor of Architecture (BArch) or Master of Architecture (MArch) degree. Architecture license preferredPrevious experience building out policy/procedure/process- creation of the business components of an architecture firm.Multifamily and affordable housing project experience is a plusAbility to "build the plane, while flying," handle ambiguityResponsibilitiesCreate detailed and accurate design documentation from concept through construction documentsTransform conceptual ideas into detailed design solutions during Design Development phasesDocument existing conditions and translate them into renovation opportunitiesWork closely with our integrated team to develop innovative solutions for complex housing challengesContribute to the design vision while ensuring technical feasibilityBenefits$170k - $180k base + 20% annual bonus100% paid health benefits + 401k matchJuly 4th & Thanksgiving entire week off + unlimited PTOOpportunity for professional growthGreat company culture and work-life balance!Much more!
