Are you creative, energetic, and passionate about bringing people together? Greencroft is looking for a Life Enrichment Coordinator who can turn everyday moments into meaningful experiences for our residents.

This role is about much more than planning activities. You’ll help create opportunities for residents to connect, stay active, try something new, celebrate special moments, and enjoy each day. From group programs and outings to entertainment and individual visits, your creativity and enthusiasm will make a genuine difference.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Weekend and holiday rotation

Pay Range: $18.19 - $23.24 \ Per hour depending on experience.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Life Enrichment Director to plan and coordinate the monthly activities calendar.
• Help organize and lead daily, evening, and weekend programs that support residents’ mental, social, physical, and spiritual well-being.
• Plan and assist with entertainment, outings, special events, birthdays, anniversaries, and other resident celebrations.
• Engage with residents individually and through small- and large-group activities.
• Adjust schedules, address supply needs, and help keep daily programming running smoothly.
• Ensure programs meet applicable federal and state requirements.
• Assist with maintaining informative and descriptive life enrichment progress notes, including the services provided and residents’ responses.
• Coordinate activities with other departments and arrange transportation when needed.
• Keep team members informed about daily activities and support them in facilitating programs.

What You’ll Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• Certification as an Activities Director is preferred and must be obtained within one year of beginning the role.
• Two or more years of experience working with older adults.
• Creativity, organization, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to enrich the lives of residents.
