Join the team of a dynamic company in the Leesburg area where you'll play an important role in keeping transportation operations moving efficiently. As the Transportation Coordinator, you'll coordinate shipments, carriers, drivers, and transportation documentation while helping ensure products reach internal and external customers safely, accurately, and on time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across divisions, dealers, and customers to support timely and efficient delivery.
• Utilize OTM/GTM transportation software for shipment planning, tendering, tracking, invoicing, and carrier communication.
• Schedule fleet drivers and coordinate with dock operations to support on-time performance and efficient transportation flow.
• Maintain transportation and regulatory documentation, including IRP, IFTA, CTB vehicles, and driver DOT files.
• Review and verify freight invoices, matching charges to agreed-upon pricing while auditing fuel, toll, and vehicle expenses for accuracy.
• Support LTL and truckload rate quoting while communicating with drivers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve transportation-related questions and issues.
• Partner with customer service and other departments to provide timely logistics support and keep shipments moving.

WHAT YOU BRING

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Previous experience in clerical, shipping, transportation, dispatch, logistics, or a related environment.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong math skills and the ability to review information for accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.
• Collaborative, flexible, and adaptable approach with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Comfortable shifting between priorities quickly while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
• Calm and even-keeled communication style with the ability to influence and work with others tactfully.
