HR Generalist OpportunityEthos Health Group is looking for an organized, dependable, and people-focused HR Generalist to join our team!Purpose of the RoleThis position will support our Human Resources department with the day-to-day needs of the organization. The HR Generalist will assist with a variety of HR activities, including recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits, timekeeping, employee questions, and general administrative tasks.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and learning different areas of Human Resources.What You'll DoAssist the HR department with day-to-day HR administrative tasksHelp post open positions and coordinate the recruiting processReview applications and resumes and assist with scheduling interviewsCommunicate with candidates throughout the hiring processAssist with background checks, drug screens, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirementsHelp prepare new hire paperwork and coordinate onboardingAssist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee recordsAnswer basic employee questions and direct more complex questions to the appropriate HR team memberAssist employees with general questions regarding benefits, PTO, timekeeping, and company policiesAssist with monitoring employee timecards and correcting timekeeping issuesHelp maintain HR files and documentationAssist with employee changes, including new hires, terminations, transfers, and status changesAssist with benefits administration and employee enrollment when neededHelp coordinate employee communications, training, and company initiativesAssist with HR compliance tasks and required documentationPrepare spreadsheets, reports, and other HR-related documentsAssist with employee events, recognition programs, and engagement activitiesProvide general administrative support to the HR departmentAssist with special HR projects as assignedWhat We're Looking For1–2 years of HR, administrative, office, or related experience preferredHR experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidateStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organizationStrong attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentialityComfortable using Google Suite, particularly Google Docs and Google SheetsAbility to learn new software and HR systemsAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilitiesPositive, professional, and helpful attitudeThe Ideal CandidateWe're looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and willing to learn.
