What Youll DoAs our onsite HR Generalist in Ocala, youll help keep people operations running smoothly and respectfullyso teams can focus on great care. Youll partner with leaders and employees to deliver consistent HR support and reduce risk.
Key responsibilities include:- Process and enter payroll accurately and on time
- Support benefits administration and respond to insurance-related questions
- Coordinate onboarding and employee records, including forms management
- Prepare, issue, and maintain contracts and HR documentation
- Assist with compliance needs, terminations, and sensitive employee conversations What youll bring:

Youll start your morning by checking priorities and deadlines, then move between focused desk work and supportive conversations with teammates. Some moments are detail-heavydouble-checking entries and documentswhile others are people-centered, like helping someone understand a benefit change or walking a leader through next steps. Youll shift gears as new questions come in, keep communication clear and kind during tougher moments, and end the day with your files organized and tomorrows checklist ready.
