Restaurant General Manager

Zoi Mediterranean Cuisine | New York City

Zoi Mediterranean Cuisine is looking for an experienced, passionate, and results-driven General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily restaurant operations.

• Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations

• Recruit, train, and develop team members

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns professionally

• Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards

• Manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and daily reporting

• Work closely with ownership to achieve business goals

• Lead the team by example with a positive and professional attitude

• Minimum 6years of restaurant management experience (fine dining preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with POS systems and restaurant operations

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
