Junior Technical Writer

Detail-oriented and eager to learn, the full-time Junior Technical Writer will create clear and user-friendly documentation by collaborating with business partners and subject matter experts in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Gather technical information to develop documentation recommendations based on business needs Translate complex concepts into clear content for various audiences and review existing documentation for improvements Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency across documentation and manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in technical writing, business documentation, or related fields Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, or Jira is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly Commitment to developing technical writing skills and attention to detail Must be located in the United States or Puerto Rico with access to high-speed internet
