What We Offer $80,000 – $180,000+ annual earning potential Five-day work week Performance-based bonus and incentive opportunities Employee vehicle purchase and lease programs Access to inventory across 13+ dealership locations and over 1,000 pre-owned vehicles Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage 401(k) with company match Free life insurance Paid time off Employee discounts Long-term career growth opportunities within the Sam Leman Automotive Group Responsibilities Guide clients through the finance and vehicle protection process with professionalism and transparency Present financing options, vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and additional protection products Partner with lenders to secure competitive financing solutions for customers Structure deals while maximizing profitability and ensuring a seamless customer experienceWork closely with the sales team to finalize transactions accurately and efficiently Submit and monitor deal approvals and funding through lender systems Maintain complete and compliant deal documentation Ensure compliance with all dealership, manufacturer, state, and federal regulations Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the BMW brand Qualifications 2+ years of automotive dealership F&I experience preferred Previous automotive sales or sales management experience is a plus Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to deliver a high-level customer experience Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Self-motivated with a strong drive to perform Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred Why BMW of Peoria?
