About You The Senior Social Media Manager plays a key role in shaping Nutrafol's organic social presence across both @nutrafol and @nutrafolmen. In partnership with the other Senior Social Media Manager, this role shares ownership of social strategy, content, community, and campaign execution across both brands, serving as the primary lead for Nutrafol Men while supporting key initiatives across the broader business. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, storyteller, creative thinker, trend spotter, and community builder, with exceptional social-first copywriting skills and a proven ability to craft platform-native content that feels both culturally relevant and elevated while driving meaningful business impact. Responsibilities: Strategy & Content Execute and evolve the organic social strategy across both brands in partnership with the Director of Social Media. Serve as the primary social lead for Nutrafol Men while flexing across both brands (@nutrafol and @nutrafolmen) as business needs evolve. Jointly own the organic social content calendar across @nutrafol and @nutrafolmen from planning through publishing, ensuring content is timely, cohesive, and aligned with business priorities. Develop social-first strategies for campaigns, product launches, seasonal moments, tentpole activations, and reactive opportunities. Translate business priorities into platform-native content plans, original creative concepts, and compelling social storytelling. Write social-first copy across captions, scripts, hooks, on-screen text, creative briefs, and community responses, simplifying complex scientific and brand messaging into engaging content. Partner closely with Creative to develop and optimize content from concept through production while jointly managing editorial planning and publishing. Community, Partnerships & Execution Build authentic communities through thoughtful community management, social listening, and trend monitoring that strengthens brand affinity and informs strategy. Lead or co-lead the organic social execution for campaigns, partnering cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Regulatory, Influencer, PR, Paid Media, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders. Manage the organic social budget across assigned initiatives while sourcing and overseeing creators, photographers, videographers, and freelance partners from briefing through content delivery. Identify opportunities to extend campaign storytelling across organic social and maximize the value of creator content across channels. Performance & Growth Monitor channel performance, audience behavior, platform trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth. Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve creative performance, audience engagement, and future campaigns. Regularly report on KPIs and champion experimentation to keep Nutrafol's social presence best-in-class. What Success Looks Like Organic social drives measurable brand awareness, engagement, and business impact across Nutrafol and Nutrafol Men. Content is platform-native, culturally relevant, premium, and rooted in strong social-first storytelling. Campaigns launch with thoughtful strategy, seamless cross-functional collaboration, and meaningful creator partnerships. Performance insights continuously improve creative quality, audience growth, and business results. The Senior Social Media Manager is recognized as a trusted strategic and creative partner who elevates Nutrafol's organic social presence. Requirements: 5+ years of experience managing organic social media for a consumer, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or CPG brand and/or combination of agency and in-house experience Proven experience developing and executing social-first content strategies across Instagram and TikTok Exceptional social copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate brand messaging into engaging, platform-native content Strong creative instincts and brand judgment, with a demonstrated ability to create content that feels both culturally relevant and premium Experience leading cross-functional campaigns and partnering with Creative, Brand, Paid Media, Influencer, PR, and other marketing teams Experience managing creator relationships, content productions, and campaign budgets Strong understanding of social analytics and the ability to translate performance insights into actionable creative recommendations Highly organized with exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Passion for social media, digital culture, and emerging platform trends, with a curiosity for testing new ideas and formats Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package. Salary Range:

$120,000—$130,000 USD
