Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students through speech-language services. This full-time, full-school-year position focuses on working with a diverse caseload of 70-80 elementary students, with the opportunity to supervise SLPAs on campus. The role is primarily itinerant, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact across multiple sites near North Richland Hills, TX.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Proven background providing school-based speech-language therapy, particularly within elementary settings
• Experience managing moderate-to-large caseloads efficiently
• Prior supervisory experience or readiness to mentor and supervise SLPAs
• Flexibility to travel between campuses as an itinerant provider
• Commitment to collaborative services as part of an interdisciplinary educational team
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt and respond to the evolving needs of students and staff
• Please note: Voco (virtual) service delivery is not part of this role

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs
• Supervise and support the professional growth of SLPAs at assigned elementary campuses
• Coordinate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
• Travel between two campuses as part of itinerant service delivery
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
