The assignment runs from ASAP through May 2027, offering the stability and ongoing growth that comes with a multi-year contract. Qualifications: Current Texas SLP-CCC credential required Previous school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP experience strongly preferred Skilled in assessments, therapy planning, and documentation for K-12 populations Familiarity with ARD processes and special education guidelines Ability to supervise support personnel, including SLPAs Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Responsibilities: Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans for students Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy in accordance with IEPs Attend ARD meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations for services Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Mentor and supervise SLPAs to ensure high-quality support for all students Enjoy a weekly schedule of 40 hours across 5 days, with a competitive pay rate of $45 per hour.
