As an Operations Supervisor , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the store’s operational efficiency while supporting the customer experience from behind the scenes. You’ll lead and manage the back‑of‑house team to ensure flawless execution of merchandise processing, inventory control, and store organization. What You’ll Do: Leadership & Operational Excellence Lead by example in all back‑of‑house operations, setting high standards for efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all tasks. Ensure seamless coordination between back‑of‑house and sales floor operations to support overall store performance. Inventory Management & Merchandise Processing Oversee all inventory processes, including merchandise check‑in, stock processing, store‑to‑store transfers, markdowns, RTVs (Return to Vendor), and liquidation. Implement procedures to ensure timely and accurate stock handling, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency. Manage visual merchandising processes such as floor sets, product replenishment, and ongoing maintenance to uphold brand standards. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing and aligned with current promotions and trends. Asset Protection & Inventory Control Implement and monitor asset protection strategies to minimize inventory loss and prevent shrinkage. Oversee accurate and timely physical inventory counts, ensuring compliance with company standards and protocols. Stockroom Organization & Safety Compliance Maintain an organized, efficient stockroom, ensuring all back‑of‑house areas are clean, accessible, and compliant with safety regulations. Promote best practices for stock handling and storage to support smooth operations and maintain a safe work environment. Sales Floor Support & Customer Engagement Provide support on the sales floor as needed, assisting with POS operations and ensuring a smooth checkout process. Greet and engage customers when required, contributing to an exceptional shopping experience and reinforcing brand values. Who You Are: 2+ years of prior sales support experience, including POS, inventory management, cycle counts, and shipment processing. Prior supervisory experience is a plus. A natural problem solver with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Flexible with scheduling needs and can adapt to the business demands. Bilingual in certain key markets (preferred but not required).
