We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a  Maintenance Technician II  for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Indianapolis, IN 46268 . Details of the position are as follows: 

Job Details:

• Pay: $32.42/hr to Start!!
• 6-month assignment, possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
• 2-2-3-night shift from 6:00pm-6:00am. Training will be on day shift for 4-8 weeks: 6:00am-6:00pm.
• Position will be mainly responsible for ensuring the plant production systems are maintained operational by identifying and following through on repairs, assigning repairs to Maintenance Technician or by working with vendors, as necessary.
• Position will also be responsible for a high level of machine troubleshooting ability in a manufacturing environment including but not limited to: Allen Bradley PLC’s.
• Position will also be responsible for Variable Frequency Drives, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Servo Motors, Refrigeration systems (NH3), Boiler systems, and HVAC systems.
• Position will also be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and manuals, while also tracking records and inventories required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED and 2+ year of experience in relevant field is Required!!
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude is Required!
• Food Industry manufacturing experience is Preferred!
• Sanitary Design Experience is Preferred!
• Knowledge of SIX SIGMA techniques (5-S would be a plus!) is Preferred!
• Experience with the use of instruments, tools, and equipment of the specific trade and be moderately skilled in the use of tools of various trades is Preferred!
