Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to students' needs, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, educational staff, and healthcare professionals, to devise and execute comprehensive treatment plans.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services and develop a network of appropriate referrals for clients requiring additional support, ensuring they receive holistic care.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential records and documentation of patient interactions and progress in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Actively participate in regular staff meetings, case discussions, and peer supervision to elevate clinical practices and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications\n
