Job Description

As a Process & Finish (P&F) Technician I , you will play a critical role in the final stages of the manufacturing process by preparing, finishing, coating, painting, and protecting products to meet customer and quality specifications. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on industrial work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Blow out finished products and ensure all inside diameters (I.D.s) are clean
• Learn and follow job travelers and manufacturing documentation
• Perform drifting, abrasive blasting, phosphate (zinc and manganese) coating, and electroplating according to specifications
• Paint and stencil finished products and apply preservatives to tubing as required
• Install the proper thread protectors on finished products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Attend required meetings and training sessions
• Follow all PPE requirements and K&B Industries safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

• High school diploma, GED, trade school certification, or the ability to read and write
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or production experience preferred
• Ability to learn required processes and perform job duties within 90 days of hire
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

The base pay range for this position is $15.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final compensation depends on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
