Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups to identify needs and tailor effective treatment plans.

• Execute and document graduate-level clinical interventions based on best practice methodologies and the unique needs of each client.

• Play an integral role in the treatment team by regularly communicating assessments and progress through documented notes and collaborative meetings.

• Provide case management services for assigned patients, which includes coordinating with hospital and community professionals to deliver holistic care.

• Ensure timely and ethical documentation of all client interactions, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches, guiding clients in creating and following through with personalized service plans.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and credentials.
