FoxNXT FoxNXT is FOX Entertainment’s next generation tech innovation studio that accelerates creation, production, and scale of premium storytelling across all business units. It focuses on research & development, production, talent, and education, deploying AI‑powered pipelines to redefine creative workflows. Assistant to the Executive Vice President The Assistant supports the EVP, Head of FoxNXT. Key responsibilities include: Managing the EVP’s schedule, calendar, and travel arrangements. Preparing and tracking expense reports. Handling general office duties and greeting guests. Managing the repository of industry news relevant to FoxNXT. Conducting web research and analysis for special projects. Coordinating travel logistics, including itinerary preparation. Maintaining office supplies and general office organization. Qualifications Undergraduate degree. 2+ years of experience in the entertainment industry. Active interest in artificial intelligence, technology, and innovation in media. Self‑starter capable of prioritizing, organizing, and establishing administrative procedures. Ability to work under strict deadlines, deal with ambiguity, and handle confidential information. Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed, with a professional presence and good judgment. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and a problem‑solver. Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). IT savvy with understanding of current technology trends. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Benefits Position eligible for medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with plan documents.
