Office Manager
HEALTH CONNECT AMERICA, INC
Health Connect America is seeking an Office Manager to lead daily operations in our behavioral health office. In this client-focused role, you will coordinate clinician schedules, support intake and documentation, and ensure smooth, efficient front-office workflows for in-office and community-based services. You will manage records in line with HIPAA, assist with billing support, and serve as a welcoming point of contact for clients, families, and partners. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll help maintain an organized, professional environment that reflects our mission of compassionate, community-centered care.
