Overview
Physical Therapist needed for an outpatient-focused travel assignment in Harvey, North Dakota. This 13-week assignment starts 09/07/2026, with a weekly pay range of $2,153 to $2,250 and a 5x8 day shift (07:00–15:00) in a rural setting that includes 75% outpatient and 25% acute care (swing-bed and LTC). This temporary, travel-only position is in a hospital-type setting. Housing is not provided for this assignment.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients across outpatient and acute care services, with emphasis on mobility, pain management, and functional restoration.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans of care; document progress and adjust treatment as needed.
- Reassess patients, track outcomes, and communicate progress to the care team; participate in discharge planning when appropriate.
- Apply evidence-based physical therapy techniques and modalities in collaboration with prescribing clinicians.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure patient safety, privacy, and infection control compliance.
- Engage with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and support quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license in North Dakota or eligibility for licensure in ND.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- 1 year of experience in outpatient or acute care settings is preferred.
- Ability to work in a rural hospital outpatient/acute care environment and adhere to the 5x8 day schedule.
- Eligible and willing to travel for a temporary assignment.
