Health & Life Insurance Consultant

Health & Life Insurance Consultant is a full-time position responsible for supporting client initiatives and delivering strategic benefits solutions while managing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with their benefits programs. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of benefits strategy, including plan design and cost analysis Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and strategic consulting throughout the client lifecycle Assist clients in understanding regulatory requirements and contribute to client presentations and educational materials Required Qualifications Minimum of two years of experience in employee benefits or HR benefits administration Strong understanding of group health, life, and disability insurance products Knowledge of ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and relevant compliance frameworks Health & Life Insurance License or ability to obtain within 90 days Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
