We are seeking a Compassionate and Adult ADHD Experienced Provider to join our team at Mindful. Mindful is a digital health company that is making high-quality psychiatric chronic care management more accessible and affordable for patients.

• Experience diagnosing and treating patients with ADHD

Role:

• Conduct ADHD evaluations
• On-going patient management

Requirements:

• PMHNP
• Board certified
• Applicable valid DEA / License
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

$90 - $120 an hour
